Georgine holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Rwanda. Her academic and professional research centers heavily on consumer protection frameworks and regulatory mechanisms for e-commerce within Rwanda.
At the Certa Foundation, she leverages her expertise to support program implementation, strategic litigation, and community outreach initiatives aimed at expanding access to justice and promoting legal education.
